Our unique project delivery process ensures the client receives peace of mind and transparency every step of the way. We provide a true ‘end to end’ project management model. This includes design, lessor liaison, authority approvals, consultants, quoting, construction and maintenance. All project aspects are tendered to multiple, proven contractors ensuring the pricing received is competitive and realistic. We work on an open book arrangement, for a fixed fee, on a fixed contract basis.
Utilizing a combination of in house and external contractors we provide tailored maintenance plans to suit the client’s needs. We manage call out service, routine maintenance, planned maintenance and small upgrade works.
